Inquiry checklist
The fields a flange inquiry needs before the sales desk can check it.

Use this list for every new inquiry. Price, lead time, and certificates are confirmed by the sales desk. This list does not set them.
Write these on the inquiry
- Company name and country.
- Flange type.
- Standard, for example ASME B16.5 or EN 1092-1.
- Size and pressure class.
- Material and facing.
- Quantity.
- Incoterm and destination port, when the buyer already knows them.
If a drawing is attached
Read the type, standard, size, pressure, material, and facing from the drawing and compare them with the written inquiry. Ask for the missing line instead of filling it in.
